Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Timeframe:
- If you request a cancellation after the placing order, a cancellation fee of Rs.100 will be deducted from the refund amount for prepaid orders.
How to Cancel:
- To cancel your order, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 9316332677 or email at support@sunglassic.com with your order number and a cancellation request.
Power Glass Orders:
- Orders for customized POWER GLASS lenses cannot be canceled once they have been placed, as these lenses are made specifically for each customer and cannot be resold.

Prepaid Orders:
- If you request a cancellation after the order has been shipped, a cancellation fee of Rs.150 will be deducted from the refund amount for prepaid orders.
Refund Process for Shipped Orders:
- For orders that have already been shipped, you must wait to receive the product and then follow our return process to receive a refund. The cancellation fee will still apply.

Eligible Cancellations:
- If your cancellation request is received within the eligible timeframe and the order has not been processed or shipped, we will cancel your order and process a full refund.
Refund Method:
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Non-Refundable Fees:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases.

Incorrect Order Information:
- If you realize you have entered incorrect information in your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is being processed.
Delayed Orders:
- If there is an unexpected delay in processing your order, we will inform you promptly. You may choose to wait for the order or request a cancellation and full refund.
