When you approach us for a return, believe us we will be more than happy to help you. Because it’s a great opportunity for us to show you our honesty and transparency, isn’t it? We will also get your feedback to improve our product and services. When you don’t like something, we encourage you to return it. Because when you don’t return it then it is a Lose-Lose Situation for both of us. You will lose your money and we will lose your trust, where trust is more precious than money. Rather we advise you to go ahead and ask for a refund/exchange. When we give you returns, we may lose some money, but it’s totally ok. Because we will earn your precious trust.

  • Do carefully seal the courier and send them back. Glasses that have been scratched bent, twisted, or gone through any wearing and tearing will not be returned.
  • If you've received the product and want to exchange/replace/return it, you must inform us within 24 to 48 hours of product delivery.
  • Within 7 days you must follow our final decision related to your exchange, replacement, and return of shipment.
  • The product if delivered shall be liable to exchange/replace/return only if it is returned with the original sealed box, instruction papers, warranty, and other accessories if any.
  • In case you want Replacement or Exchange or Return:
    • We will arrange reverse pickup for you but if reverse pickup is not serviceable on your given Pin-code then the customer has to send the parcel by himself/herself to us.
    • In the case of a refund, all the shipping costs will be bear by the customer. The total shipping cost is ₹150/- which includes the reverse pickup charges too. Any shipping cost will not be eligible for a refund.
    • The customer needs to share the courier receipt with our customer care WhatsApp number +91 9316332677.
    • If the customer sends back the courier by himself/herself in that case we will provide him/her Rs.100/- Gift voucher.

  • After receiving the product, our QC team will verify if the product has not been used and is in good condition for further sale. Plus, all the items have been sent back. 
  • In case the product is found damaged or in used condition or any accessory is missing, Sunglassic.com can deny a refund to the customer. 
  • If Customers can raise a return request only via WhatsApp number +91 9316332677  or send an email to support@sunglassic.com with order details.
  • You need to mention your order number, the date of order, and your date of receipt; 
  • For the refund, a link will be shared where the customer can fill in the bank details.



  • We make customized lenses for you, which can’t be sold to another customer. 
  • If you wish to cancel the order due to some reason, we cannot cancel that order.  
  • In the case of Prescription Sunglasses, no return/refund will be offered if wrong prescription values are entered at the time of order placement.
  • If there is any type of mistake from our side in the prescription sunglasses that you received in that case we will provide you the replacement of that sunglasses with the correct prescription sunglasses.
