Return / Replacement

Sunglassic Return, Replacement, and Exchange Policy

At Sunglassic, we prioritize your satisfaction and trust above all else. Our return, replacement, and exchange policy is designed to ensure you have a seamless experience if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase.

 

Return, Replacement, or Exchange Conditions:

1.Notification Period:
  • You must inform us of your intention to return or exchange the product within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the product. (If you inform after 48 hours after receiving order, we will deny for return or replacement.
2.Condition of the Sunglasses:
  • Sunglasses must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
  • The QR tag must be attached to the sunglasses for the return to be accepted.
3.Promotional Sales:
  • For products purchased during promotional sales (e.g., "buy one, get one up to 75% off"), we only offer a replacement product instead of a refund.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases.
4.Wrong Product Received:
  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery if you receive the wrong product. Contact us via WhatsApp at +91 9316332677 or email at support@sunglassic.com with your order number and a video of the received product.
5.Issue Reporting:
  • If you face any issues with your product, you need to raise a complaint within 48 hours after delivery.

Return, Replacement, or Exchange Process:

1.Reverse Pickup:
  • We will arrange a reverse pickup. If reverse pickup is unavailable at your Pin-code, you must send the parcel back yourself.
  • Share the courier receipt with our customer care via WhatsApp at +91 9316332677. If you send the courier yourself, you will receive a Rs.150/- Gift voucher.
2.One-Time Replacement or Exchange:
  • We offer a one-time replacement or exchange. For additional replacements or exchanges, a nominal fee of Rs. 250/- will apply for each subsequent exchange or replacement. No refunds will be issued after a one-time replacement has been availed.
3.Product Condition:
  • Ensure the product is carefully sealed and not scratched, bent, twisted, or worn out.
  • Our QC team will verify the product's condition upon receipt. If found damaged, used, or with missing accessories, we can deny a refund.
4.Request Process:
  • Raise a return request via WhatsApp at +91 9316332677 or email at support@sunglassic.com with your order details, including order number, order date, and receipt date.
  • For refunds, a link will be shared for you to fill in your bank details.
5.Processing Time:
  • We will process your return or exchange as soon as we receive the product and issue a refund or replacement within 7 business days.

 

Power Glass Policy:

1.Customized POWER GLASS Lenses:
  • Orders for customized POWER GLASS lenses cannot be canceled as they are made specifically for each customer and cannot be resold.
2.Incorrect Prescription:
  • If the prescription values are incorrect due to our error, we will provide a replacement with the correct prescription. No returns or refunds for incorrect prescription values entered at the time of order.
3.Error Notification:
  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product if there is a mistake in the prescription via WhatsApp at +91 8980246000 or email at support@sunglassic.com with your order number and a video of the received product.
