Return / Replacement 

We make customized lens for you, which can’t be sold to another customer. If you wish to cancel the order due to some reason, it would be preferable that you take the necessary action within 24hrs after placing the order.

IF THE CANCELLATION IS BEFORE YOUR PRODUCT IS SHIPPED:

(Note: after ship we cannot cancel the order)

  • Please inform the customer service team, they will guide you.

THE CANCELLATION AFTER YOUR PRODUCT HAS BEEN SHIPPED, YOU CAN DO ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • If your product is shipped but not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.
  • If you've received the product and want to return/replace, you must inform us within 24 hours (if having proper reason), and within 7 days you must follow our final decision, after deliver of your shipment - you must return any unused item(s) in its original packaging. In case of refund, your account will be credited with Web Credit Note or bank transfer worth order value (excluding shipping costs of 100 rs.).
  • If in case the box in which the item has arrived has extensive visible damage, you are requested not to accept the shipment and contact Customer Care.
  • To meet the cancellation deadline, timely mailing of the written cancellation or return of shipment shall suffice.
  • We do not provide any warranty on breakage of Frame and Sunglasses.
  • The product if delivered shall be liable to return only if it is returned with the original sealed box, instruction papers, warranty and other accessories if any..
  • Please keep in mind, sunglassic.com reserves the right to claim damages should the returned goods be damaged or show signs of use.
  • We do not have any Refund Policy however, Refund will be at the sole discretion of Management for special cases and it will be refunded after deducting Bank Transaction Charges.
  • If any product is exchanged more than one time the customer will have to pay for the shipping charges of Rs.200/-.
  • To Cancel your order Call us on Toll-Free number to initiate your return & confirm the mode of returning the product to us.
    1. If paid Online through a debit/credit card, then the refund will be processed on bank detail customer have provided.
    2. Cash on Delivery (COD) order refunds may take up to 3-4 business days to initiate the refund. A link will be shared where the customer can fill the bank details.
  • Exchange of products cannot be done more than twice unless the product has any manufacturing defect.
  • We are permitted and retain the right to make mistakes, such as typing errors, technical or color deviations, or price modifications, despite our greatest care not to do so.
  • For return or Replacement, we provide reverse pick up* for selected pincode Or customer can send parcel their self and share the courier receipt on our customer care WhatsApp number.

(For reverse pick up customer need to pay charges approx. 50-150/-, depend on location)

  • However, we provide reverse pick up, due to current pandemic situation we are restricted often for reverse pick up in many areas. In that case customer need to send parcel their self.

Note : We are providing Replacement/exchange if customer get wrong or damage product or if having size issue (courier charge applicable).

Return or refund only can be possible it we are out of stock for particular product which customer ordered and got damaged or wrong item.
